Hi there, I’m Noah! I’m 23 years old and soon to be moving to the Ada, Ohio area from Louisiana with my undergrad roommate for her to attend law school. We are seeking possible roommates to find a place with OR someone who has two bedrooms available. We are aged 23 and 22. We are looking to move to Ohio come July or August depending on when Jessica’s school orientation begins. Our budget for rent is capped at perhaps 450/month each, not including utilities, though we are probably willing to pay a little bit extra for places that seem perfect for us.

We are seeking a possible roommate/roommates who are open-minded(!), communicative, able to talk through issues respectfully(!!), LGBT-friendly, and extroverted enough to casually interact with us (if not become friends). We are open to pairs of friends and couples, though room sharing will probably have to take place as Jessica and I are interested in having our own separate rooms, and I fear anything with 4+ bedrooms might be hard to find. Any age is okay, so long as you are aged 20 through 37 (there is wiggle room allowed on the age if you believe your personality will mesh well with ours, but no one under 18 will be considered). We are not clean freaks, though we would both like to keep a baseline of cleanliness within shared areas. We are okay sharing things and are not sticklers about a bunch of stuff, and will communicate what is and isn’t okay to touch/use of ours in shared areas, though some things are expected to be left alone regardless (ie. personal electronics such as laptops are not to be used without asking us unless told otherwise). !!!!! We don’t really have any furniture and plan to furnish over time once we move in. !!!!!

• Being lgbt+ or an open-minded LGBT+ ally is IMPERATIVE. I am queer in both sexuality + gender, and I will expect to have my pronouns respected regardless of how I visually present myself. Jessica is LGBT+ friendly.
• I am also cannabis-friendly and would prefer if you are as well. -I am okay with pets as long as they are well-behaved and do not potty on the floors, but any pet deposits and pet rent will have to be paid by the owner/s. Aside from furry friends, I am also okay with other pets such as snakes, lizards, spiders, etc so long as A) we have enough space for their enclosure, B) they are not allowed to free-roam without owner supervision. :o)
• I would also really appreciate if you are the type to wash your hands after using the bathroom because it honestly drives me crazy when people don’t.
• The last note is NO CIGARETTE SMOKING SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN THE HOUSEHOLD. Vapes,etc indoors are fine with me but NO CIGARETTES IN THE HOUSE AT ALL, EVEN IN THE BATHROOM WITH THE VENT ON. All cigarette smoking will have to take place OUTSIDE.
