Hi there, I’m Noah! I’m 26 years old and looking for one (or two!!! cheaper bills) roomies to move into some place cheap lol, like the falstaff since they have a $949/mo 2bed1ba. I’m hoping for some chill 420 friendly people that are also just friendly and are wanting to be friendly with each other as well! I AM AN OCCASIONAL CIG SMOKER BUT I DO NOT SMOKE THOSE INDOORS.

> my budget for rent is capped at perhaps 600/month, not including utilities, though we are probably willing to pay a little bit extra for places that seem perfect for us, up to $725. i am seeking a possible roommate/roommates who are open-minded(!), communicative, able to talk through issues respectfully(!!), LGBT-friendly, and extroverted enough to casually interact with us (if not become friends). i am open to pairs of friends and couples who share rooms, as i’ve lived in co-living spaces with 7 ppl in a 5bed1bath place 😂. Any age is okay, so long as you are aged 21 through 37 (there is wiggle room allowed on the age if you believe your personality will mesh well with ours, but no one under 18 will be considered). i’m not a clean freak, though i would like to keep a baseline of cleanliness within shared areas & maintain no bugs bc i am VERY afraid lol (bug killers pls inquire). i’m okay sharing things like cookware and i’m not a stickler about a bunch of stuff, and will communicate what is and isn’t okay to touch/use of mine in shared areas, though some things are expected to be left alone regardless

• Being lgbt+ or an open-minded LGBT+ ally is IMPERATIVE. I am queer in both sexuality + gender, i love my good ol pride flags
• I am also cannabis-friendly and would prefer if you are as well. -I am okay with pets as long as they are well-behaved and do not potty on the floors, but any pet deposits and pet rent will have to be paid by the owner/s. :o)
• I would also really appreciate if you are the type to wash your hands after using the bathroom because it honestly drives me crazy when people don’t. SERIOUSLY PLEASEEE BE A HAND WASHER.
• The last note is NO CIGARETTE SMOKING SHOULD TAKE PLACE IN THE HOUSEHOLD AT ALL. Vapes,etc indoors are fine with me but NO CIGARETTES IN THE HOUSE AT ALL.
