Hello! My partner and I are currently looking for a basement or private space to rent in areas such as Rockville, Silver Spring, Olney, or nearby accessible locations. Our maximum budget is around $1,400/month.

We are looking for a basement with windows and a comfortable living environment for a long-term stay, only for the two of us. We both work most of the time and live a quiet lifestyle. I study English and work in sales, so I spend much of my day outside of the house. My boyfriend works in remodeling and construction, so he is also rarely home.

We currently have 3 vehicles, including one work van. We do not mind parking the van on the street as long as street parking is allowed or possible nearby.

We are very clean, organized, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I also love animals (especially dogs and cats), although we do not currently have any pets and do not plan to for now.
