Hi😁. My husband and I are in search of a new place to call home. Currently my husband is the only one with stable employment however I am in search of acquiring employment so I would be home temporarily until I find somewhere. I recently moved back home from living in Texas for 10yrs. and just settling back into Cali life. We are both Hispanic I speak English my hunny not so well lol, but he manages. We are calm quiet renters and like to mind our own business, only time you’d really see us in when we get home or we’re leaving. We enjoy staying In our own space and try to stay out of the way to not bother anyone. If possible and if given access I would love to be able to cook on occasion but not a requirement. We’re extremely respectful, clean and educated married couple. My husband is 8 yrs older than I am we are mature and know how to respect others belongings. I hope you’d take us into consideration.
