Hello, I work 12 hour shifts and will only be using the room 10 nights a month, for sleeping on my work days. The rest of the days, on my days off, I am out of town living with my family. My work already has showers, a kitchen, and since I will only be using the room 10 nights a month, my budget is 1000$/month with utilities and parking included. I am a working professional looking for a safe, clean, and drug-free environment; I dont mind being around pets and children either. I do have a super friendly calm older cat Id like to bring with me if possible, but I can leave him with my family if not. Im willing to pay more if I can bring him with me.
