Hello, I’m a part-time graphic designer and full-time retail worker currently living in Loveland with some friends. I’m working on saving up enough to move to a new place by the summer of 2026, however, NoCo is expensive and the economy is awful. Loveland would be my preferred place to live, but I would also consider living in Fort Collins or possibly Longmont as well.

The upper limit of my budget is around $1000.00 per month (including both rent and utilities), so that should allow for some decent options if splitting everything equally. I plan on staying wherever I move for a while and would prefer a roommate that isn’t intending to up and leave anytime soon *(and definitely not before any rental agreement is up).

I’d prefer to live with someone who likes to have things stay mostly clean and organized. I’m a bit of a homebody and tend to keep to myself a lot of the time. If we have shared interests we can hang out but if not that’s perfectly fine too. M/F/NB, LGBTQIA+ roommates are all cool by me (and its very important to me that potential roomate(s) are also open/accepting of the whole queer community as I check a couple of these boxes myself).

For a bit of background on me, I enjoy watching films, walking, hiking, bouldering, kayaking, playing video games, making digital and traditional art, reading (especially Philosophy), playing board games & TTRPG’s, attending lectures, working out at the gym, going to concerts, visiting breweries / distilleries / wineries, etc.

I tend to be somewhat of a night owl, staying up to at least midnight most days, but I’m quiet and don’t like being a bother to those with different sleep schedules. My current job / work schedule has me working overnights so I sleep through most of the early part of the day. I’ll occasionally play online games with friends but I don’t get all riled up and yell like others might. Also, I typically cook, heat up quick microwave meals, eat out, and order in, in about equal measure (to give you a sense of potential kitchen messes and dirty dishes).

I’m not really interested in sharing a space with people who like to party regularly or make a lot of noise. Occassional guests are fine, but not daily. My ideal living situation would be a 2-3 bedroom (3rd room for extra shared storage space or a guest bed - if available) with 2 separate full bathrooms. In-unit laundry and a dishwasher are also highly preferred as well.

I have a bit of communal furniture such as bookcases, some small storage cabinets, kitchen wares, and appliances. I don’t have a couch or any typical living room furniture, however, I’d be willing to split the cost of these with a roommate if they didn’t have their own and wanted a more comfortable communal space.

I don’t currently have any pets but I love both cats and dogs and I would be okay if potential roommate(s) had them, as long as they cleaned up any messes, and were able to cover any additional costs for the pet deposit and/or the increase in rental fees or damages.

My desired move-in date is somewhat dependent on when I’m able to save up enough money for first months rent and the deposit. I’m working full time, but I dont make enough at the moment for all my expenses (Also, if you know of anywhere thats hiring, I’d love to hear about it)! As of August 2025 I’m still looking and considering all my options. I wouldn’t mind teaming-up with someone (or multiple people) to look for the right place together that fits each of our needs.

420 friendly, vaping okay, drinking okay, but no cigarette or cannabis smoking inside. As long as you’re chill, respectful, and willing to communicate and we should get along just fine.
