We are a small family of 3 ( my 11 years old son, my husband and myself), were looking for a studio or basement preferably in the Centerville area, but it could be in Manassas or Chantilly. We plan to move the last week of June or the first week of July. Our budget is $1000 - $1300 utilities included, with private entrance, bathroom, parking, and kitchen.
