My name’s Shadae. I’m looking to move in around March or April. About Me: I currently live and work out of state. My monthly budget is $750.

I don’t have any pets and I’m allergic to those that shed excessively.

My personal preference for quiet time is 11pm- 7am. I’m not the most social person so I wouldn’t be in love with the idea of people over every other day. I value my alone time so when there are guests, I’d appreciate notice.

I’m really down to get to know each other; Also I’m very open to purchasing mutually used resources (food, products, etc).

My most irksome habit is probably me liking to play music aloud (usually in my own space but if not, I’d ask if it’s cool).

Also, I’m very covid-conscious so I wear masks in public and am looking for a roommate that does also.

A couple pet peeves of mine are leaving spills or crumbs in shared spaces, playing really loud tv/music, not respecting each others stuff and space, and cigarettes.
