Seeking a room for rent. I’m a 69-year-old single female professional but now retired, seeking a room in Groveland or near Clermont. I am a very friendly, responsible, honest, neat, clean person, I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs. I’m pet’s friendly I don’t play loud music or make noise. I’m prefer a private bathroom. I would prefer to stay at about $600 or $650 per month. I am perfectly fine with getting a background check if required.
