I am 80 yr old active retired female. Just learned my lease will not be renewed because of drastic increase in rent. Looking for clean, friendly, non-smoking female to rent a house and co-sign lease. I will pay higher percentage for master bedroom. Often play cards, mah jongg at house. Roomie welcome to join. No cats, dogs ok, if house owner permits. I am on oxygen, but mobile and active. Use scooter for distance. Need garage, so hopefully house has two-car. I am not in a rush. Have 17 months on lease, but can be released any time.
