I am a friendly, responsible, clean, hard working, reliable adult who has lived in the same house for 15+ yrs. Never missed a rent payment. Landlord is selling and I received a 60 day notice today. I am willing to pay more depending on accommodations. I really enjoy gardening so a yard is a plus. I have my own furniture. My dog is a mature Besenji mix, he is not a barker. He is use to a fenced yard. I could create a safe space for him. I am use to a mellow private living environment. Home sweet home. I have great references! Prefer no staircases. No hoarders. No smoking in house.
