Looking to rent 1 bedroom in a house. Would prefer my own bathroom and utilities included in rent, but I’m flexible depending on the rental. Have already completed the $40 background check as well as the ID check on this website. Divorced father of 3 grown kids who live in Texas. Until recently, I was a caregiver to my mother. I work m-f 7a-7p. Weekends off. Looking for quiet, clean, respectful homeowner. I love dogs, cats and being outdoors. I’m also good with tools, handy at home maintenance and yard-farm work. My weekdays are very busy, so I really look forward to my weekends off.
