Hi All,

• Quiet & respectful
• Looking for a CLEAN and QUIET place to stay for 6 - 18ish months.
• Self-employed professional
• Arizona native but graduated high school in Oregon and lived in LA for 20 years. Coming back over to Phx Metro area to get settled back in.
• Not in a hurry but am open to moving right away if I find the right fit.
• My current circumstances have changed and I rather take a couple steps back, get a more cost-effective place so I can pursue more lucrative goals through the course of this year to “get back on top”
• I’m NOT interested in taking over a lease or being on a lease with a large apartment complex at all. I’m looking for preferably a roommate who owns their house/condo or alternatively a roommate who is leasing and is allowed to sublet to other roommates.
