Divorced father, 47 work full time 5am to 3pm 6 days a week . my son Landon is 7 years old and lives with me 50% of the time Wednesday thru sunday everyother week Wednesday thru friday other he is a good kid and very respectful. Our plan is to buy a home next year when interest rates come down a bit . I got cleaned out in the divorce so I’m stacking back up . We are clean people I have no criminal history, worked for same company for over 12 years .. he is active in sports so he has me running all the time . We would really only be home for bedtime and we are out tje door at 645 am daily and when he isn’t with me I’m gone at 5 really looking for a basement apartment separate entrance you wouldn’t know we lived there I’m a carpenter by trade but I van fix just about anything handy to have a round I built my last house by myself and lost in divorce oh well build the next one if you have something message please
