I try to keep things calm & simple; work, gym, home & chill. If I invite people over, i trust them, they pass the vibe check & I let everyone know early. I’ve been a roommate before, I’m responsible, I can hang out or give space, w.e the mood is. Either way, I’ll remember trash day & clean often lol. I have a ring doorbell i can share the stream of with the house for security, packages and seeing who’s at the door.
