I’m quiet, drama free, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no minor aged children visiting. I have 3 independent adult children that might visit California once a year if that. I don’t have people in & out either. I’m looking to rent a room to be close by to help maintain my grandfather’s property & provide care when there’s gaps in caregiver coverage.
