We’re quiet and respectful, we keep to ourselves and enjoy each other’s company. We’re looking for a basement, private entrance one bedroom and private bath. we are accompanied by a rescued 5-year-old, spayed lab/ Pitt mix named Sugar. She is 60 lbs thinks she’s a lap dog, she’s a happy dog that likes to eat bugs and lay in the sun. She’s potty trained very well, she will talk if she has to go potty but isn’t obnoxious, she will alert bark 1 to 2x if someone knocks that she isn’t familiar with. She does not have separation anxiety or any medical issues, she’s great with people and kid’s. We can provide references from our current landlord for payment history and character references for Sugar as well. We’ve been with the current landlords for 3 years now as of January 1st 2023 as caretakers for the property but unfortunately due to a family members medical condition they are selling their home of 25 years and relocating.
