Hello,

• * I can afford between $700 to $800 per month, including utilities, for a bedroom and private bathroom. Although, I am willing to share a bathroom with another female. I am seeking a safe, quiet place to live for at least nine to 12 months. I am a clean woman and I keep things clean. I am searching to share with a mature straight female who has similar interests. For example: a peaceful environment, communication, calm personality, physically and mentally stable. I respectfully mind my own business, enjoy conversations but appreciate my quiet time. I am not a smoker of anything. My personal choice, I do not drink alcohol (liquor), beer, wine, or even soda. I am mentally and physically healthy. No drama, not a party person and NO revolving doors of “visitors.”
• * I am hoping to share with someone who understands that we are helping one another to live better by reducing our current cost of living while building our financial savings. Not including daily living bills, I have one major debt, my student loans that I am currently paying off. I was once a homeowner and landlord/lady; therefore, I understand and will respect your property.
• * My former employer of 31 years, per Corporate’s Early Retirement Plan (ERP), said “goodbye” to many of us. I became an early retiree at age 55. I am thankful that I am still working. My work history experience is business, healthcare, and medical background. I have a master’s degree in public health. Currently, teaching high school, involved in community and faith-based functions. Hope to hear from the right individual. Thank you.
