Recently retired. Looking for a 1st floor room to rent in a SAFE, clean and quiet area. Fully furnished preferred, with washer/dryer, but not a must have. I would prefer to live OUT of the city or a small town. Country/rural area would be ideal, but still be close enough to the city, but not a dealbreaker. I have no pets. I have my own vehicle. Self-sufficient, low key, honest & reliable. I mind my own business. I am a private person, I keep to myself. Nonjudgemental. Showing kindness & respect towards others’ is vitally important to me. Not looking for a relationship! Just a room to rent. Need a 1ST Floor/DOWNSTAIRS room withOUT stairs. If you require a deposit, please make it reasonable & affordable.
