hey, my name is Lars Nagel, I’m a tennis teacher/musician. Ultimately I’m looking for a basement kitchenette with washer and dryer to rent. But if I can find something close enough to that scenario that would be cool too. or I’m looking for a roommate to move into a two bedroom/2 bath unit as well. Whatever works. I have two awesome cats :-)
