Hi, I’m Madison! I’m a third year Biochemistry and Molecular Biology major, and my roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for the house we are renting. We’re just looking to maintain a comfy, emotionally stable, clean, safe space where communication is always open and welcome! We have an available private room with a shared, attached bathroom (you’ll have your own private vanity and sink, but the toilet and shower are shared) for $950/month plus utilities and PG&E (together they tend to be about $100/tenant each month). Lease is 1 year. Since I am 25 and she’s 22, we would prefer a female roommate that is in our age range. Please DM me if you’d like more details!
