Sophia

I am a clear communicator, very kind and compassionate, caring and mindful. I was born in Petaluma and grew up in West Marin. I just recently decided to move back to California to be closer to my family and the ocean, after living in Portland, Oregon the last ~5 years.

I love peaceful walks, hiking, dancing, gardening, arts and crafts, and occasionally getting lost in a good book. I have my bachelor’s degree in music from UCSC and I’m a singer-songwriter, I write heartfelt folk songs on ukulele and guitar. I have done a lot of outdoor education and art education with kids and I do childcare here and there. I also work in retail and food service part-time to make ends meet. I have great credit.

I love a clean functional living space and I work hard to maintain and create that. I am looking for some small space to call my own somewhere with a lot of nature nearby. I am a country girl at heart and hoping to be close to the ocean, too. I am open to sharing bathroom/laundry, kitchen, garden, and other common space and I will be respectful and considerate in how I use that space.

I don’t have any pets, but I love animals! I don’t smoke anything or do any drugs and I rarely drink alcohol. I’m quiet and respectful, and a little silly and playful once you get to know me.
