I am a motivated service trades professional and have started a handyman and home repairs contracting company with a business partner, to serve in the Los Angeles region. Currently, I am living in the Washington DC area, in my hometown of Alexandria, Virginia but will be leaving my job as the manager of a property management maintenance company in mid July. I’ve always had a dream of living on the west coast and I’ve always loved the Malibu and PCH areas, which I’ve visited numerous times over the years. I planned out this phase of my life for a very long time, and now I am ready to make the big move! It’s just myself and my 7 yr old cat. He is ultra clean and never had an issue with using the bathroom anywhere other than his litterbox, so no issues there. For myself, as mentioned above, I am a home repair professional, so home upkeep is never a problem for me. If there are maintenance issues within the property I am willing to offer my services for repair if the owner or landlord would like to use my expertise. Currently, I am looking for a large room and private bathroom. No problem sharing any other elements of the property such as the kitchen or laundry, but parking would be needed, as well. I have a full size pickup truck that I use for my business and I need to protect my investment as much as possible. Hopefully, there is a new home for myself and my cat that will be available soon.
