I am a 37 yr old female who is very clean, organized, and quiet. I keep to myself for the most part and I’m a very private woman. I work and come home. I spend most days off at the beach in the summer so between work and summer beach days, we will only see each other at a bare minimum. I’m easy to get along with and just need a place to call home for at least 6 mos to a year.
