Hello my name is Jacob and Iā€™m a 26 year old male from Las Vegas. I lived in Seattle for the past 2 years due to work, and decided I wanted to try a new city.

I love all pets! I keep shared areas clean as they are used

I would like to live somewhere closer to my office in Culver City (Sawtelle, WeHo, Santa Monica) but I am also open to any area in LA or OC county

My hobbies include being a car enthusiast and gaming. When Iā€™m not out hanging out with friends at tea shops, then I mostly retreat to my room to relax playing games or watching Netflix.

I am an ambivert and therefore I will sometimes retreat as a gremlin into my room for a couple weeks, but I assure you I am alive and just waiting for my social battery to recharge haha. I do like to cook and bbq here and there.
