Dear potential roomies :)

I’m searching for a month-to-month rental in L.A., starting October 1, 2024. I am committed to another place until then. Hoping to rent with people in their thirties or forties. No party houses, I like a quiet housing environment because my work is VERY intense when it happens.

I would prefer to live with one other roommate only who doesn’t have kids if possible. If you have pets I can help you take care of them, yet won’t be bringing any of my own.

I currently travel A LOT for my main photography practise (I shoot wild fire). Consequently, I’m looking for a place that has a lock on my bedroom door – or – a place that will allow me to install one so that I have peace of mind about my gear when I am on the road. Also looking for a lower rent bracket so that I don’t have to sublet every time I go away for 1-2 months at a time.

A furnished room is good, but I can do un-furnished too. A smoke-free house is a must for me too :)

Hoping to stay somewhere that’s within reasonable distance to a gym, or that has an internal gym. I like to work out daily!

I’m a great cook and a very experienced roommate who will give you space and sometimes socialize if the connection is right.
