I’m looking for a responsible, financially secure, female to co-house/ co-share at least a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat, townhouse, condo, or house. I’ve 21.5 year old twin daughters that might visit now and then. I’m outgoing (tho enjoy my quiet time), love to laugh, cook/bake (would love to share), listen to music, attend live concerts, musicals, plays, and sporting events. I love to travel, meet new folks of all ages/ethnicities, LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. I love animals, dogs especially, tho have none at this time. I’m not OCD clean, but do like a clean home. I’ll be gone probably 2-3 days a week visiting friends/family, and travel usually 2-4 times a year for about 1 month at a time. I have no issue with a younger roommate (I remember being 23 years old and having a 64 year old roommate…and I swear she was THE best roommate I ever had!!).
