Im a 25 year old woman looking for a room in a safe neighborhood in SF. Ideally a 2BD. I only want be roommates with other women. I work a 9-5 job at a Biotech company. I like to go to the gym, roller-skate, and read during my free time. I go out almost every weekend.

Here are some pro’s and con’s to living with me.

Pros: I love doing dishes and cleaning in general. Cannabis friendly (I don’t smoke because of work but I don’t care if you do). I love cats and dogs (but I don’t have any). LGBTQ+ ally.

Cons: Can’t stand the heater. Makes my eyes itchy and irritated, so we need to agree on keeping it off at all times. Unless it’s below 50 degrees.
