Hi! My name is Dylan Lucas, 21 (he/him), I was interested in your room listing. I am a senior studying computer science at Cal Poly Humboldt I love surfing and rock climbing. I keep a clean living space and I like to cook. I am mostly an introvert but I enjoy good company. I do not smoke or do drugs but I am not against others who do. I like to drink socially, especially at the Cider bar. I am looking for a private room with a lease term of 6-12 months for this upcoming school year. I won’t be in town until the end of August, right before school starts, but I don’t mind paying the difference of a couple of months of rent to hold the room. Additionally, I have no pets.
