I’m friendly but keep to myself, thoroughly enjoy outdoors, camping, peace and quiet. I maintain a sanitary, minimalistic and organized living space, have a stable daytime job and occasionally WFH. No drugs or smoking, no partying. Although I do not have any, I love animals and am more than willing (also qualified) to pet sit. Currently renting an apartment and have all furnishings to supply for new room, kitchen etc. I am a fully functioning, peaceful adult with a goal to just save up some extra money to move to another state in the near future and to get a decent night’s sleep (this is quite rare in apt living).

Definitely have a preference of a bottom floor room/space as my partner (who would visit 1x/week) is currently in a wheelchair and is unable to climb stairs.
