I am a professor in my mid-forties. I own a home in Florida and am visiting and teaching at a local college for June and July. I would need quiet hours from 10pm-7am. I would need access to reliable wi-fi and shared access to a kitchen. I would need a safe environment for my 6 year old which would include a drug free environment.
