I am great to live with because I work very hard I am always punctual I always clean after myself and I try very hard not to make any messes I always keep my area and every area maintained

I cook too. I love to cook not all the times but when I cook I cook up a feast and we will all have a siesta I like when others enjoy my cooking and I always clean up the utilities in between my cooking my cooking is so great that there’s hardly any leftovers so no need to pack the refrigerator of yesterday’s dinner

And if the house is maintained and I’m not cooking I’m mostly sleeping resting or reading

Usually After work I do chores (sometimes I will sweep and mop in the mornings, depending the time I wake up I mostly do heavy housework on Saturdays and Sundays I go to church)and then I go to sleep maybe cook maybe not cook but mostly no one will know I’m there

Other than anything else I’ll be renting the room for sleeping and going to work. My work is important I can see myself achieving and rising high with my company And that’s why I need to rent your room so I’ll be closer to my job.

And you will get your rent on time sometimes I like to pay in advance just in case for example if I have to pay a credit card bill and it falls on the day I have to pay the rent. Then I’ll pay the rent one week earlier in advance first and then I’ll call the credit card company to give me an extension. By my next pay period That way my debts are paid on time. Paying the rent first To me that’s important. This would be my 1st time renting I always lived with family it’s time for me to take that leap of faith and stop relying on family and renting a room from you for the first time would be my greatest achievements
