I am a quiet, fairly introverted, but respectful single mother to one intelligent, respectful 5-year-old daughter, I am currently relocating to the Denver metro area. I will be staying in an Airbnb until I decide upon a rental that is right for us. I prefer the idea of a fairly private rental - a basement suite, small house, mother-in-law apartment, duplex - something along those lines. I have an associate degree in human services, but currently enjoy and thrive working as a delivery gig driver. I am originally from Austin but have resided in Farmington, New Mexico for a couple years due to family proximity. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs. I have two box-trained, fixed cats, no other pets. My credit is good. I’d like to keep my budget at or below 1500 after utilities are factored in.
