Hi! I have an ESA- an 11 year old spayed corgi- can’t have a roommate(s) with other indoor animals. My corgi is the sweetest thing- she thinks every human is her friend! I am looking to move to Fairbanks soon for a new job. I have good credit, can pass a background check no problem, and have a good rental history. I like to cook for others, keep things organized, and I am tidy. I am in grad school full time and will be working full time- my income will be around $4200 a month.
