My name is Chan, 30 years old, and I am originally from New Jersey. I’m friendly, reserved, and clean.

I am searching for a room just to stay for about half the week due to hybrid work situation (Tues-Thurs), where as on my virtual days I’ll be working from my primary residence elsewhere. I may occasionally stick around on some weeks.

Although I’m friendly and can get along with anyone well, I’m only seeking a home away from home, so I do not intend on interacting with any roomies often aside from being polite and cordial greetings. I’ll most likely be at work, in my room, or out. You’ll likely not see me in common spaces if I’m actually there.

I’m hoping to room with those of similar lifestyle (quiet, professional, etc) and looking for a place where I won’t be expecting any partying/social gatherings. I would prefer quiet hours of 11pm - 6am, however I’m flexible if you’re stricter with rules. I don’t intend on cooking at all, and all I really need is access to a fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and bathroom with shower.
