I own a home and a rental property in San Diego California. I am going to be selling my properties and moving here to Florida and I’d like to get an idea of the area before I move. I’m older educated and financially secure. I work for the Airlines. I’m a very clean person and I appreciate the same. Very important to me that the home is tidy and clean… I respect people’s property and put things back the way they were. I’m a homeowner also and appreciate home ownership. I’m willing to pay 6 months up front. I’m not a homebody, very active travel a lot and have a positive outlook on life. Looking for a stable 6 months to rent.
