I’m moving to Denver in the next month from Minnesota via Baltimore! I just visited Denver recently to tour some apartments and have a list in mind for 2B2B. I’m pretty flexible on the move-in date but late April would be preferable (right before moving season). Looking for a good roommate fit!

I’m the kinda roommate that previous roommates often ask me to re-lease with them. I’m definitely more on the OCD side of the cleaning spectrum, I keep things tidy. I’m semi-social as a roommate and low maintenance as a tenant. My credit score recently dropped to 795.

A little bit about me: I watch basketball for my job, evaluating NBA players and prospects (love my job), and I’ve started dabbling in some standup comedy (fun/challenging/rough). Otherwise, I like being active with sports, although I’m still recovering from an ACL tear last year.
