I’m a hard working, 49yo Dad. I’ve got 3 children who live in Iowa for now. I go there to visit them. They’ve not yet come to Topeka. Hopefully in the near future I’ll have things set here to make that choice available to them.

I work in Seneca at Koch Cabinets. During the week if I’m home I’m winding down to get to sleep. My days are about 13 hours long including travel. During the summer months I’ll be gone during the weekend hopefully. Some weekends are spent at home recouping from a hard week at work.
I have a well trained and well behaved 16 year old dog. I’m looking to rent a room at a reasonable price. I’m clean. I have no interest in living in filth. I have no issues with doing my part to keep a nice home for everyone to enjoy together. If you’re into any type of discrimination, we aren’t going to click. I believe we are all beautiful. No matter what color we are, or who we love. I come from a mixed race family, and yes, straight or gay, I love them unconditionally. That being said. I’ll leave the rest to a much higher power. I don’t use drugs myself. However, I’ve go no issues with cannabis use. Any other type of drugs I’ll not be comfortable with unless prescribed by a physician. Thank you for your consideration.
