I have a stable job, never missed a payment nor been evicted. i like animals and dont mind pets as long as they’re cleaned up after. i typically stick to my room and mind my own business. im not a clean freak but im not a total slob either, any mess i typically make is consigned to my own room so there is not much worry about me dirtying shared spaces. Additionally i do expect others to clean up after themselves in shared spaces. im easily approachable and not alot offends me. i’m LGBT friendly. i smoke tobacco roughly once a week and i dont mind others smoking tobacco/cannabis/vape as longs as its outside. if a place has a master bedroom WITH a shower/tub i’m willing to pay a little more for it.
