I currently work as a Marine Biologist gathering data on commercial fishing activities, so my work schedule is pretty inconsistent and often consists of 4-10 day trips, followed by a few days spent at home. Open communication about expectations are really important to me, but I’m very flexible about responsibilities and expectation.
