• Moving to Bend Dec. 1st from Portland area for new job
• NOC nurse / day sleeper (I work three 12 hour shifts/week)
• Steady income
• Clean and will respect your things
• Willing to be social or just keep to myself
• Like to play video games, board games, get outside when it’s warm, watch TV/movies, explore new places/restaurants
• Can furnish the place (except your bedroom)
• Has ring/security cameras
• Have 2 very clean, friendly cats (both ESA’s on paper)

You (PREFERABLY):

• Another professional (nurse or healthcare worker would be a major bonus!)
• Age 25-35
• Clean (you respect my stuff and I respect yours)
• Can respect the day-times when I’m sleeping between shifts (I do wear earplugs so just no excessive noise)
• Would like to be social together and hang out every once in a while
• Good with plants because mine always seem to die 🥲

Housing PREFERENCES:

• I would prefer the master bedroom and would pay more as fair
• House or townhouse with a yard (kinda sick of apartments)
• Easy parking or a garage
• Shared guest bedroom if possible (appx. 4-5x/year I have family come to visit from out of town/state)
• Safe neighborhood
• Close to St. Charles in Bend

NON deal-breakers:

• Steady couple that would also be willing to split the rent even further
• A third or fourth roommate
• More pets - as long as they’re friendly - with no past behavioral issues with cats or destructive to the home. ESA’s are a bonus. (can be hard to find places that are okay with animals)
• Not the cleanest person (but definitely no to a hoarder/nicknacker). I’d be down to split a cleaner every month!
• Smokers/vapers (smoke outside or as the premises permits)
• 420 friendly

DEAL-BREAKERS:

• FREQUENT overnight guests - especially stranger dates (we’re splitting the rent, not us and your Tinder dates)
• No PROVABLE steady income
• Only willing to do month-to-month (would prefer at least a 12 month contract)
• Excessively messy, not willing to help clean, or doesn’t respect my furniture/appliances
