I am a 58 Year old male looking for a room to rent in the East part of Sacramento near UCDH center as I am working on a 2 year project there and plan on staying in the area for the next 24 months. I travel home for the weekends so I am only in town Monday thru Friday each week, I prefer a quiet home setting no party houses but don’t care if the occupants enjoy themselves I am not a ridged stickler. I leave early in the AM and usually return between 5-6 PM so I am gone a lot with work, I am easy going and professional. A safe & clean area is a must and street or driveway parking is needed for my personal truck.
