I work from home most of the week. Due to my work and previous volunteer experience, I have had multiple background checks and LiveScans. My only major requirements are safe parking because I have a large, well-maintained work van supplied by my employer and a good internet connection.

When at home I might do a light workout, the dumbells I have don’t make noise, nor do I. For entertainment, I’ll likely be in my room watching YouTube with headphones on. As for food, I don’t cook much, not that I can’t, just being mindful of the other roommates.

I am really curious about team-ups as I would like to know people before moving in. Also from a renter’s perspective, it opens up options like renting an entire home and gives landlords several tenants at once. A couple and two singles could easily divide up a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a rent of $4,000 a month for example.
