I’m looking for a room to rent for me and my golden retriever and cat. My dog is quiet and well behaved and my cat is an indoor cat who spends most of her days sleeping on her shelf in the window where we currently live. Neither of them are destructive. I do not work due to chronic health conditions but have an income and I am able and willing to contribute to household chores and upkeep. I’m a reliable and easy going person. Happy to socialize but I’m very used to doing things on my own. My move in date is flexible but I’d prefer to lease a room for at least a year.
