** I am ONLY looking for rooms in the heart of DTLA, no outskirts.

I am a great roommate, here are some things to know about me:

• I am a working professional. I work from home two days out of the week but typically work outside the house. I would like a roommate who also works out from the house at least partially in the week. I do not want to live with someone who is always home, we all need some alone time and space.

• I meal prep my meals for the week so all I need is one day in the kitchen.

• I am aware of the times when my roommate is sleeping so I wont be inconsiderate and loud if I am up early or if I am home late.

• I am a very clean, organized, and responsible person and good at communicating.
