Hi, I am urgently looking to move-in May 1st(current lease ends April 30th)… Credit Score is not so great but I have been renting at my current address for over 7 years(with no issues). The property just changed ownership last year(for the 3rd time) in March of 2022 and my rent was increased $300 from $1050 to $1350. I paid that considering I have been living here for quite some time and quite honestly I love the neighborhood, property and neighbors… But now they are increasing the rent to $1550. I’m just a single male and don’t need that much space frankly! My credit score isn’t so great… Its under 500… but no evictions!! My annual income is right around $55,000
