Hi, I’m Steve and the grandbaby in the pic will not be with me. I am a quiet person who doesn’t drink, party, do drugs or get rowdy. That doesn’t mean I don’t want you or your guests to party - NOT AT ALL! You will receive your rent early with a smile and find me super easy to get along with. I’ve never been evicted, in trouble with the law or been arrested or anything like that. I’m very clean (not OCD clean) and organized. A minimalist these days and looking for roomies with a good vibe. (good nature) Everyone who knows me would tell you I am a gentleman. I should let you know that I smoke cigarettes, but only outside.
