I am a single female (adult kids - don’t live with me), no pets, no drugs, no smoking, no partying, clean background, decent credit, great jobs & rental history. I am a local REALTOR who sells real estate AND works as the business manager at our brokerage. My current landlord is moving a friend in my rental. I’ve been there over 2.5 years with great history, and I take pride in caring for my space/home. I have a letter of reference from him that I am happy to share with you as well.  I work a lot and when I am not working, I am mostly relaxing and enjoying my space. I am respectful, open minded, quiet, & I love to listen to music when I am cleaning & cooking. I am very much a people person yet love my alone time to decompress. I am easy to get along with, simple, and clean. Maybe even a little ocd :). I want to find a place to call home that is safe, friendly, and allows me to have my best friend or son over to visit (just visit) just like I would if it were my own house. I can provide letter of references as well. I work more than anything but do love my plants, bowling, socializing, nature, and photography.
