Hello! I am looking for a place to rent or person to rent a place with. A great match for me is someone who doesn’t mind my broke little friend (my 8-year-old kid I have 50% of the time) and enjoys having a clean and organized home. With a very busy schedule, home is my sanctuary. My daughter is well-mannered and used to having others in the home, so she is good about picking up after herself, and respecting private spaces.

I am attending Azusa Pacific University - San Diego for nursing, so between the hour drive each way, classes, clinicals, volunteering, etc., I am rarely there during the week. My expenses/rent are covered my GI Bill housing allowance, with proof available. I’d love to find a place that I can call home for the next couple of years if we both find it’s a good fit.

I have my daughter every other week and enjoy a drama-free co-parenting relationship with her dad.
