Firstly: Loner Type I’m a pretty groovy dude, I’m extremely hard to upset, I’m not 20 anymore but I still want to “LIVE”.
For the most part I keep to myself and play my games, movies and music. I have an open door policy, I may keep to myself but I enjoy socializing.

Second: Im on disability for my back and can’t stand it. So im looking to go back to college at LIT LAMAR online and restarting my personal life. (May take 2 years of school for what I want to do)

Third: I have a constant…..steady income with me being on Disability, so while im on it for school I will always have rent at the first of every month. (I broke my spine over 10 years ago but I can walk again fine/ I get asked alot)

It would be nice to find someone that’s also on disability and understands what kind of life that is…. but im flexible.

Pet Friendly…..Cannabis friendly ….general smoke friendly (I don’t care) …. people friendly. Having a bunch of people over isn’t new to me, but I’d prefer a loner type with just me and my roommate/s. But open minded to whatever. FRIENDS: I do have friends but I don’t spend much time with them, so I’m usually just by myself. If I do see a friend, I’ll most likely leave and go eat or movie.

LOOKING FOR: Someone that’s “Everything friendly”… maybe even a little older than me, preferably all adults. Looking for like an all bills paid rent 300$ to 400$ room.
