ROOM NEEDED BY JUNE 1st!

I am very quiet, extremely clean and tidy, non-smoker, non-drinker, no drugs, no drama, no criminal record, high credit score. Highly considerate, respectful of other’s privacy and any house rules, and never have any visitors/guests over. I go to bed early, and get up and out the door early and very quietly.

I am responsible and always clean up after myself; never a crumb left behind me in the kitchen, no toothpaste left in the bathroom sink, I rinse the shower and always put the toilet lid down after use.

Corporate professional, highly educated, youthful, healthy, mature gentleman. I work long hours during the week in high-end C-suite corporate financial services. I am usually out on weekends.

I live a minimalist lifestyle as my work gives me the freedom to live anywhere I want (as long as I have good internet and cell service). I have been renting rooms for many years, lived with many different kinds of people; all ages (20’s-70’s), genders, colors, lifestyles, faiths or religions, of various schedules-no issues. I am easy going, live and let live, not judgmental, and zero political interests. I stopped watching TV years ago, I may stream a program sometimes on my notebook.

Looking for a clean, calm, and quiet place to sleep at night and recharge/reset for the next day. I just need a small bedroom, with a window. Prefer in-house or in-building laundry.

In my free time I regularly go to the gym, bicycle, listen to music, read, watch a movie, and take photographs. I may add Yoga and additional other healthy activities to my weekly routine.

Fully COVID vaccinated/boosted, and will continue to be as necessary.
